Lindsey Britt

President/CEO, earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania.  A Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she has over 12 years of experience across the Business Development, Program Management, Marketing and Human Resources spectrum ranging from start-up companies through major Defense Contractors.  As a Business Development Manager, Ms. Britt supported an $88M/year L-3 Communications business division located in 30 sites worldwide.  She was intricately involved in proposal development and supported the execution of contracts ranging from $20M-$400M+.

Ms. Britt founded Castalia Systems after serving five years as an Program Manager, Business Development Manager, and Account Manager for an 8(a) small business helping to grow the company to generate over $30M/year.  She was responsible for managing and growing Intelligence Community (IC) contracts from zero to over $30M.  In addition, Ms. Britt was responsible for supporting the execution of a $6M/year contract successfully recruiting and transitioning over 35 people within 30 days for INSCOM.

Ms. Britt has performed market analysis for numerous companies developing over 700 business opportunities.  She has succesfully developed business pipelines within the Intelligence Community, SOCOM, INSCOM and the USAF.

Zachary Mann

COO, earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware.  Mr. Mann retired from the Florida Air National Guard in 2011 as a Lieutenant Colonel with twenty years of experience in leading communication personnel.

Mr. Mann help found Castalia Systems after serving over seven years as the Director of Operations and Program Manager for an 8(a) small business.  As a certified PMP, he managed numerous contracts with funding over $30 million during his tenure.  He has supported numerous clients worldwide to include SOCOM, INSCOM, EUCOM, PACOM and the DJC2 JPO.

Mr. Mann, during his military service, served in numerous tactical communication units in Germany, Korea and Florida both on active duty and in part-time status.  He served as the deployed commander for deployments to the Philippines, Pakistan, and Albania.  He also served as a certified acquisition officer in Los Angeles, CA for the Space and Missile Center (SMC).  In addition, he co-authored JCSE’s five year modernization plan to provide a roadmap for converged IP and similar technology for tactical communication applications.
